Dr Mala Tripathi has a vast knowledge and versatile experience in the field of Yoga. A Yoga lover, she is a dedicated professional. She got a PhD in Yoga from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyala, Satna (MP) India; MSc in Yogic Science and Holistic Health from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Hardwar (UK) India; MSc in Zoology from Lucknow University (UP) India, B Ed from CCS University, Meerut (UP) India; and qualified NET (2017) in Yoga Science. She has seven years of teaching experience.  

Having served at the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), she was associated with the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga as a lecturer for three years. During her tenure, she actively participated in numerous seminars and attended many conferences, including the International Conference on Yoga for Diabetes & International Vedic Conference, among others. 

She took part in many workshops and Yoga practical sessions at many ministries and private sectors, like four-day extensive workshop on ‘Detoxification Techniques and Scientific Impact of Detoxification’ at Yunnan Minzu University, Kunming, China, two-day workshop at the Ministry of Commerce on International Yoga Day, 2017, seven-day workshop for professionals of Air India, New Delhi, on International Yoga Day, 2017, took Yoga lectures for the professionals of All India Radio, Todapur, New Delhi, 2016, organised Yoga Practical Session and lecture in Mass Yoga Performance at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, NASC, Pusa, New Delhi, on International Yoga Day, 2016, Lecture-cum-demonstration at the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 2016.  

Dr Mala Tripathi has worked as an organising committee member for the event of International Yoga Conference, 2017, organised by the Ministry of AYUSH and worked as an organising committee member during the mega event of International Yoga Fest, 2017, organised by MDNIY. 

Dr Tripathi’s research areas include Yoga therapy for common ailments and Yoga education. At present, she is conducting valuable research in the field of Yoga and supervising four research scholars. 

She has registered three Copyright and one Patent.
